Professional Highlights
After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, Emily earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, she served on the executive board for Stetson’s Business Law Society and worked as a note-taker and a law clerk.
Emily’s immense capacity for empathy led her to do pro-bono research for the Florida Voter Restoration Coalition to help disenfranchised Floridians restore their right to vote. She has always had a strong connection with animals, which was reflected in her advocacy work to protect the Florida Panther and Manatees.
Emily spends most of her spare time with her rescue dog, Billie. Together they enjoy long walks and watching 90 Day Fiance while Emily tries to fold her laundry and Billie lays on it. Emily also loves spinning, yoga, and thrifting.
