A New England native, she spent her formative years in Florida, where she attended high school and college. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies at Keiser University, she was admitted to Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2014. While attending law school at night, Mrs. Annunciata worked as a paralegal for the Florida Department of Children and Families, gaining significant experience as a child welfare advocate.

After earning her Juris Doctorate, she litigated dependency cases for the Department of Children and Families. She then became Assistant State Attorney in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, where she litigated criminal cases, including misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony offenses.

Mrs. Annunciata has been able to parlay her passion for helping others as a trusted worker’s compensation attorney at Berlin Law Firm, where she is well respected by her colleagues and clients. Her professionalism, in-depth knowledge of the law, and excellent communication skills have bolstered her reputation as a formidable attorney in all types of work injury claims.

Her peers describe her as detail-oriented, hardworking, and always well-prepared. This high level of respect amongst her peers earned her recognition as an SRQ Magazine “2022 Elite Top Attorney” in workers’ compensation law. Most recently, Mrs. Annunciata was awarded a 2023 AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mrs. Annunciata loves coming to work every day, helping clients stand up to uncaring insurance companies. When she is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as doing volunteer work for the Sarasota Teen Court. She is an avid football fan and loves being outdoors.
