Holly Keith, Esq.

Holly Keith is a results-driven attorney with experience on both sides of Workers’ Compensation cases. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, she applies her knowledge of defense strategy and unwavering work ethic to achieve the best outcomes for injured workers.

Holly Keith grew up on Anna Maria Island and is a graduate of New College of Florida, where she majored in Foreign Languages. She is fluent in Spanish and French, and reads Ancient Greek. Following years of experience in nonprofit and legal administration, she attended the University of Miami School of Law. Holly graduated from the University of Miami in 2014 as a proud recipient of the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship for oral advocacy and served as the President of the University of Miami Mock Trial team. As a Miami Scholar and awardee of the Public Interest Leadership Board scholarship, Holly focused her legal education toward the assistance of workers who experienced financial and personal difficulties. 

In addition to her years of representing injured workers, Holly has also worked as defense counsel representing various Workers’ Compensation insurance companies. This experience provides her insight into the intricacies of defense strategy. 

In her free time, Holly enjoys growing rare plants, studying additional foreign languages, and spoiling her pets.
