Timothy W. Stella
Timothy is a life-time and devoted resident of the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Timothy attended the University of South Florida, earning Bachelor’s degrees in both English and Geography. Timothy earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in May 2016. While at Stetson, he was an Associate for the Journal of International Wildlife Law & Policy and Senior Associate/Pro Bono Chair for Stetson Law Review.
Timothy was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Catherine Peek McEwen for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. While interning for Judge McEwen his article, Analysis of Chapter 7 Attorney’s Fees for the Middle District of Florida, was published in the Summer 2016 edition of The Cramdown, the quarterly newsletter of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.
Before coming to Berlin Law Firm, Timothy practiced law in the areas of Bankruptcy and Family Law.
Timothy is very excited to continue his legal profession by assisting community members in their Workers’ Compensation claims. His focus and drive will be a valuable contribution to Berlin Law Firm.
